Gerry Wilson, Broker of Record


Since 1974, Gerry Wilson has been helping Albertans realize their real estate dreams. From luxury condo sales to rural acreage projects, Gerry has helped hundreds of clients, including curlers Randy Ferbey, Pat Ryan and Kevin Martin, find the perfect home. In his spare time, Gerry has been both coaching youth and ladies soccer and playing the game himself for 18 years. He has also been a lifelong supporter of curling in Alberta, whether as part of a Provincial or National Championship team, as Director of Media and Television at the 1999 Labatt Brier or as a board member for the Ottewell Curling Club and Edmonton Super League. Gerry is grateful to the great number of friends he has made through his involvement in sports and is honoured to count many of them as clients as well.

Ramona E. Pater, ABR, SRS


An entrepreneurial spirit combined with a background in real estate, interior design and property management, communication with others comes naturally to Ramona. Blessed to have discovered her two main passions in life, Ramona has had the opportunity to turn her own properties into canvases. Jeannine E. Wilson


For Jeannine, managing a complete property service like Edmonton Furnished Suites was never her life-long goal. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with First Class Honors, Jeannine had dreamed of going to law school and becoming a lawyer. When she returned home to Edmonton, she agreed to help out with her Dad’s side business, at the time, a low-key home rental firm. Jeannine soon realized its potential and took charge. In October of 2011, Jeannine put her law school ambitions aside and decided to work full-time as a realtor and manager at Edmonton Furnished Suites, a simple and to-the-point name that has proven to be successful.

Jeannine is humble in her accomplishments, but she has a proven track record of satisfied clients, tenants, and investors. She is determined, hardworking, and incredibly passionate about servicing those in need. “I love helping people in stressful situations and giving them an easy solution. I enjoy taking care of an investment and building trust; that’s important to me, to EFS. It feels good helping people make a financial decision to better impact their life. These are big decisions regarding home ownership, so I try to make it stress-free for everyone.”
